Introduction 
1. By entering this website and/or placing an order, you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise from using this website, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.
3. You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this web site are only open to you if you register.
Ordering from us 
1. You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
3. We may refuse to accept an order:
* where goods are not available;
* where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
* if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
* if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
4. All goods supplied remain the property of element:5 (the vendor) until such time as they are paid for in full.
5. All goods sold through this site are sold as 'retail goods'. The vendor cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
6. This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows:
* We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. Please see our customer services page.
* All goods come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within seven days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).

Pricing
1. Our prices include VAT.
2. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
Returns Conditions:
If you would like to return an item, please enclose a note stating the reason for the return. Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose a packing slip.

1. Goods MUST BE unused and unopened (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at our office within 7 days from the day you receive your order.
4. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. A full refund would be made within 30 days from cancellation (excluding postage & packaging) provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition.
6. Notice is given that free offers and our P&P costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.
7. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our customer services page.
8. Your credit card is charged in the name of our parent company element:5 Ecocentric Lifestyle Ltd.
9. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to element:5 within 48 hours of the delivery date.
10. element:5 cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
